Germany: Planned a terror attack at a synagogue and blew his fingers off...

Munich prosecutors have filed an indictment against a 15-year-old with ISIS links suspected of planning an antisemitically motivated terrorist attack on a synagogue in Bavaria.

The suspect reportedly lost his fingers in an accidental explosion while preparing explosives for the planned attack.
