StandWithUs Brazil recreated the Nova Festival memorial on Ipanema beach in Rio de Janeiro last Wednesday. Over 350 plaques displaying victims' faces were installed in the sand with flowers and the message “6:29 – The moment the music stopped.”

The tribute marked three years since the October 7, 2023 attack and included Brazilian victims Bruna Valeanu, Karla Stelzer Mendes, and Ranani Glazer.
