Counting of 'double envelope' votes to begin at 1 am...

The Central Elections Committee will begin counting double envelope votes at 1 a.m. These ballots come from soldiers, diplomats, prisoners, and other eligible voters who cast them outside regular polling stations.

The count follows the main election day and will help determine final seat allocations in the Knesset.
