The IDF and ISA struck in the Khan Yunis area and eliminated Hamas terrorist Moamen Jabr Al-Sayed Abu Labda, head of a sniper cell in the Rafah Brigade.

The terrorist had conducted sniper training across Gaza aimed at Israeli civilians and troops and recently attempted to rebuild the organization's capabilities in violation of the ceasefire.
