The Israel Defense Forces announced it had killed two Hamas commanders in Gaza over the weekend along with three additional terrorists over the past week.

Former UN envoy Nikolay Mladenov implied that the IDF strikes interfere with efforts by the BoP initiative to disarm Hamas and deliver medical care.
