JFNA helps push for passage of major bipartisan bill focused on children’s online safety
The Jewish Federations of North America are advocating for the passage of the KIDS Act, aimed at improving children's online safety. This bipartisan legislation, which recently passed the House, seeks to combat online antisemitism and protect vulnerable populations, including Jewish children, from harmful content on the internet.
The KIDS Act received significant support, passing with a 267-117 vote, as part of a broader effort to address increasing concerns about digital threats to children's safety. Advocates highlight the urgency of addressing antisemitism and other negative influences present in online spaces.
