Talks between Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Volkswagen continue over converting the German automaker’s Osnabrück plant to produce trucks for the Iron Dome air-defense system.

The discussions persist despite reported opposition from Qatar, according to German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche.
