Dara Horn's Radical Answer to the World's Oldest Hatred...

JNS editor-in-chief Jonathan Tobin interviewed author Dara Horn about her new book and her conclusions on fighting antisemitism. Horn said Holocaust education has not reduced Jew-hatred because it does not teach Jewish civilization or the nature of antisemitism itself.

She argued that postwar American Jewish acceptance came from Jewish activism rather than non-Jewish guilt over the Holocaust. Horn stated that Jews should focus on educating themselves and others about their own heritage instead of seeking approval from others.
