Avigdor Liberman claimed that a Gaza Balance of Power agreement grants Hamas's military wing $160 million in cash.

Liberman also cited a recent incident in which IDF commanders encountered 50 Hamas Nukhba terrorists conducting an exercise to raid a Jewish settlement.
