Yoaz Hendel, chairman of the Reservists Party, offered a surplus-vote agreement to Ofer Winter, chairman of the Amcha Yisrael Party. Kan 11 News reported that Winter is expected to reject the offer.

Winter has not ruled out a surplus-vote agreement with Itamar Ben Gvir's Otzma Yehudit party. Likud intends to pressure Ben Gvir to sign such an agreement despite its negative stance toward Winter.
