Family of murdered Border Police captain dedicates mikveh in her memory

The family of Border Police Captain Kim Dukarker, tragically murdered during the October 7 attacks at the Nova music festival, has dedicated a new mikveh in her memory.

This dedication coincides with what would have been her 25th birthday, serving as a poignant tribute to her life and service.
