Secretary of State Marco Rubio along with the ambassadors of Israel and Lebanon to initiate the withdrawal of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) from their occupied territories in Lebanon. This military presence has been in place for the past three months as Israel has conducted operations against Hezbollah.
