Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo told JNS he was not consulted before the state was listed on a friend-of-the-court brief defending Harvard against federal charges of lax enforcement.

The brief, joined by 21 states and the District of Columbia, claims the Trump administration is unfairly targeting the university.
